Play Workshops
Play Patch Co. play workshops are open to all children ages 6 months - 12 years. Children do not need a diagnosis, IEP, or referral from a medical provider to participate. Our play workshops are thoughtfully grouped by age to ensure activities are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and effective in closing gaps in motor skills, sensory processing, and primitive reflex integration.
Each group focuses on the specific skills children need most at that stage:
Early Childhood (Ages 6 months - 2 years)
Focus on foundational movement patterns, sensory exploration, and early coordination. Activities support body awareness, balance, and regulation through simple, playful experiences that build the base for future learning.
Preschool (Ages 3 - 5 years)
Emphasis on coordination, balance, and motor planning while supporting attention and participation in group routines. Workshop activities begin to shift towards early school learner behaviors and classroom participation.
Elementary (Ages 6 - 12 years)
Focus on reinforcing motor skills, improving posture and endurance, and supporting attention, handwriting readiness, and confidence. Primitive reflex integration is more targeted at this stage.
Activities support advanced motor control, strength, and self-regulation needed for academic and social success.
All workshops maintain a play-based, supportive environment where children can build skills at their own pace. Parent participation is encouraged but not required, and each group is structured to meet children where they are while helping them move toward greater independence and success.

Individual/Family Consultation
Individual consulting is designed for families or caregivers seeking personalized support for a specific child. This service focuses on understanding the child’s unique sensory and motor profile, identifying underlying gaps in development, and creating a customized plan to support growth. Sessions may include observation, hands-on coaching, and tailored strategies for home routines, play, and daily activities. The goal is to provide practical, easy-to-implement tools that improve regulation, coordination, and overall function in everyday life.
Program/Facility Consultation
Program consulting supports schools, childcare centers, and organizations in strengthening their overall approach to sensory and motor development. This service focuses on evaluating current practices, environments, and routines to identify opportunities for improvement. We provide staff training, environmental recommendations, and structured plans to embed play-based sensory and motor activities throughout the day. The goal is to build staff confidence, improve student outcomes, and create developmentally supportive environments that benefit all children.
Virtual Consultation
Virtual consulting offers flexible, accessible support for families and programs regardless of location. Through video sessions, we provide guidance on sensory integration, primitive reflex support, and motor development strategies tailored to your needs. This service may include virtual observations, coaching, and customized plans that can be implemented at home or in the classroom. Virtual consulting is ideal for ongoing support, check-ins, and problem-solving, ensuring you have expert guidance when and where you need it.

Individual/Family Consultation
Starter Session – $75
A one-time 60 minute session to discuss concerns, review development, and provide 3–5 targeted strategies to use.
This option is great for families who want quick guidance without a long-term commitment.
Support Package – $200
An initial 60-minute consultation, a personalized written plan, and one 30-minute follow-up session.
The Support Package is ideal for families who want a clear plan and a little coaching to get started.
Growth Package – $350
An initial 60-minute consultation, a customized plan with activity + routine suggestions, two 30-minute follow-ups, and ongoing email support for 4 weeks.
The Growth Package is best for those needing greater support and accountability.
Program/Facility Consultation
Mini Training – $150
A one-time 60-minute staff training session focused on easy to implement strategies to support general sensory and motor development.
This option is perfect as an introduction or refresher.
Program Starter Package – $300
A one-time 90-minute observation, a 60-minute staff training to go over ways to support motor development, and written plans with program-specific strategies to support your goals.
The Program Starter Package is great for programs/facilities that are ready to make immediate, meaningful changes.
Full Implementation Package – $750
Two 60-minute observations, an easy-to-follow action plan, two staff training sessions, two follow-up coaching sessions, ongoing email support for 6 weeks.
The Full Implementation Package is designed for programs looking to create long-lasting, system-wide impact.
Virtual Consultation
Virtual consultation provides affordable options to maximize ongoing support.
Drop-In Session – $50
One 30-minute virtual session for quick questions, troubleshooting, or check-ins.
Monthly Support – $120/month
Two 30-minute virtual sessions per month and weekly email support.
